Key Handover

The apartment handover will either be conducted in person on-site or via a key safe.

Final Cleaning

The final cleaning fee is a flat rate of €80 per apartment. However, this does not include the following: • Washing dishes • Trash disposal • Emptying the dishwasher on the day of departure • Disposing of single-use or reusable bottles, paper waste, or other recyclable materials. We kindly ask for your cooperation to avoid any inconvenience. If the apartment is not left in proper condition upon departure, we will charge for these tasks based on the effort required.

Rules

  • Check-In: From 4:00 PM • Check-Out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.
  • Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleaning services are liable for any resulting costs and expenses.
  • Local Residency Restrictions: Guests are not allowed to make reservations at GreyPearl Apartments within their own residential area. Please contact us if you wish to book while residing in the same locality.
  • No Smoking, Parties, or Excessive Noise: Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the non-smoking policy incur a €250 fee plus the cost of any special cleaning and damage repairs.
  • Photography/Videography: Commercial photography/videography without written consent is prohibited, as are any illegal activities.
  • Guest Limits: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed. Violations of the pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
  • Key and Access Items: Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking passes. • Noise Monitoring and Surveillance: Noise monitoring devices may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be present in public areas.
  • Liability for Damage or Loss: Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the property and its facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service team.
  • Compliance with House Rules: By booking a reservation, guests agree to adhere to the house rules. Non-compliance may result in charges for any damages, fees, costs, or expenses incurred. Violations can lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without a refund.
  • Internet/Wi-Fi Use: Internet use is strictly limited to legal activities. Illegal streaming or downloading will be pursued. By booking with GreyPearl Apartments, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies and house rules.
